Our Work Across Texas

Real jobs by the Cool Bear Service Group team, from custom ventilation installs to full building rebuilds.

Ventilation

Custom Copper Vent Hood Installation

Our team installed a custom copper vent hood with a 2,400-CFM Modern Aire system. The setup uses two 10-inch ducts, so planning the duct space mattered as much as leaving room for the blower.

Good ventilation comes down to airflow planning before the hood goes up. That is the same approach we bring to every HVAC job.

Commercial Rooftop Unit Service

Our technicians service commercial rooftop units (RTUs) on Austin-area buildings. These photos show a Cool Bear technician replacing a condenser fan on a rooftop unit, plus a pair of Trane RTUs with the downtown Austin skyline in the background. Keeping RTUs running means fewer breakdowns and steadier cooling for the people inside.

Poolside Grill Area Refresh

We refreshed the poolside grilling area at an apartment community in San Marcos, Texas, near Texas State University, giving residents a new look and more ways to enjoy outdoor living.

Commercial Exterior

Commercial Building Exterior Repaint

Cool Bear Service Group also handles large commercial exterior work. This project covered repainting a multi-story building: boom lifts and a swing stage reached the tall facade, the vertical fins were painted section by section, and the finished building was left with a clean, uniform look.

Concrete

Foundation Slab Pour

A concrete truck places a fresh slab over a steel rebar grid on a vapor barrier. The crew guides the chute and spreads the concrete evenly as it goes down.

Good prep matters here: the right base, steel layout and a steady pour all help the slab cure strong and level.

More Projects

Beyond HVAC

Cool Bear Service Group also handles larger building and renovation projects. Here are two recent examples.

Exterior Rebuild, Fort Worth

At Texas Motor Speedway in Fort Worth, Texas, our team completed a full teardown and rebuild of a building side about 160 feet up. We demolished the stucco exterior and two layers of sheetrock, installed waterproofing, and matched the new stucco finish to the rest of the building.

Interior Paint, Downtown Austin
